Under the direction of Sh Balraj Kumar Bhasin, President, SDP College and SDP Sabha (Regd.) an
extension lecture on ‘Eat Right, Live Right’ was organised by the Department of Home Science, SDP College for Women, Ludhiana on 26 February, 2020 in college premises. Dr. Kiran Grover, Professor, Food and Nutrition, PAU, Ludhiana was the resource person. She was accorded a warm welcome by Officiating Principal. Dr. Kiran Grover detailed about the need for maintaining proper diet to lead a healthy life. She suggested the students to avoid consuming junk food and adding fruits and green vegetables in their diet. She further enumerated various nutritive tips which can help them from diseases.
