SDP College for Women Celebrates World Alzheimer’s Day

Under the sole inspiration of Sh Balraj Kumar Bhasin, President, SDP Sabha (Regd) & College Managing Committee, World Alzheimer’s Day was celebrated by the Department of Economics. To mark the day, an awareness drive was started by the students of Economics wherein they educated all the students about the problem which is the most common form of Dimentia and also causes problems with memory, thinking, ability and behaviour. The students were also made aware of its symptoms and prevention of disease.  Dr. Ravi Kant, Principal appreciated the team-work spirit of the Department of Economics.

एसडीपी कॉलेज फॉर विमेन ने मनाया विश्व अल्जाइमर दिवस

श्री बलराज कुमार भसीन, अध्यक्ष, एसडीपी सभा (पंजीकृत) और कॉलेज प्रबंध समिति की एकमात्र प्रेरणा के तहत, अर्थशास्त्र विभाग द्वारा विश्व अल्जाइमर दिवस मनाया गया। दिन को चिह्नित करने के लिए, अर्थशास्त्र के छात्रों द्वारा एक जागरूकता अभियान शुरू किया गया था जिसमें उन्होंने सभी छात्रों को उस समस्या के बारे में शिक्षित किया जो डिमेंशिया का सबसे आम रूप है और स्मृति, सोच, क्षमता और व्यवहार के साथ समस्याओं का कारण बनता है। छात्रों को इसके लक्षण और बीमारी से बचाव के बारे में भी बताया गया। डॉ. रविकांत, प्राचार्य ने अर्थशास्त्र विभाग की टीम वर्क भावना की सराहना की।
