Under the sole inspiration of Sh Balraj Kumar Bhasin, President, SDP Sabha and College Managing Committee, One Day Seminar on the Significance of Communicative Skills in Personality Development was organized by the Department of English, SDP College for Women, Ludhiana in College Campus today. Prof. (Dr.) Yogesh Chander Sood, Department of English, Sant Baba Bhag Singh University, Jalandhar was the resource Person. He was warmly welcomed by Dr. Ravi Kant, Principal and Head of sister Institutions, Mr. Jasveer Chauhan, Dr Sanjeev Bindra and Ms. Indu Khurana. Teachers from sister institutions were also present during the session. Dr. Sood told the students that effective Communication skills play a crucial role in honing one’s personality. He also inspired the students to use English Language as it is a tool to compete with the outside world. Dr. Ravi Kant, Principal appreciated the efforts done by the Department of English. Mr. Jasveer Chauhan delivered a Vote of Thanks to the resource person.
