MEMBERS OF MANAGEMENT PRESENT:  Sh. Balraj Kumar Bhasin, President, SDP College & SDP Sabha (Regd) , Sh. Lekh Raj Arora, Sn. Vice-President, Sh. HK Chugh, Gen. Sec., Sh. Manish Bhasin, Sh. Rajinder Soi, Sh. Dhari Shah Singla, Sh Gulshan Thukral, and  Sh. Vijay Inder Gupta.
 
Under the able guidance of Sh Balraj Kumar Bhasin, President, SDP Sabha & College Managing Committee, to mark Diwali, a Joint Diwali Cultural Youth Festival was organized by SDP College for Women Daresi Road, SDP Sr. Sec. School, Hazuri Road, SDP Sr. Sec. School, Basti  Jodhewal, Ram Lal Bhasin Public School Dugri, Om Parkash Gupta SDP Sr.Sec. School, Quilla Mohalla and SDP Collegiate Sr. Sec. School with great enthusiasm. Sh. Rajinder Soi, Member of SDP College Managing Committee,  inaugurated the morning session with Deep Prajavalan. The whole campus was sparkled with delightful colours.  
 
Sh Balraj Kumar Bhasin, President, SDP Sabha & College Managing Committee was the Chief Guest for the evening session. He was accorded a floral welcome by members of the Management, and Principals of all SDP Educational Institutions, Dr. Ravi Kant, Dr. Sanjeev Bindra, Sh Jasveer Chauhan, Ms. Indu Khurana and Ms. Raman Oberoi. The students of all SDP Educational Institutions presented a cultural extravaganza of state dance, Bhangra, solo and group dance. Students of Karate also displayed their talent. Addressing the audience, Mr Balraj Kumar Bhasin, the Chief Guest said that such joint celebrations, is the right platform for the students to unfold their inherent talent. He extended his best wishes to students and staff on the auspicious occasion of ‘Diwali Mela’. Sh. HK Chugh, Gen. Sec.  thanked the Chief Guest, Sh Balraj Kumar Bhasin for his benign presence and motivational words. The students, who brought laurels to the college were awarded and felicitated by the Chief Guest for their performances in academics and co-academics.
