SDP College for Women organizes an Industrial Visit to Avon Cycles Ltd. Ludhiana

MAIN HIGHLIGHTS:

Under the sole inspiration of Sh Balraj Kumar Bhasin, President, SDP Sabha and College Managing Committee, Career Guidance and Placement Cell of SDP College for Women, Ludhiana organized an Industrial Visit to renowned cycle manufacturing industry i.e. Avon Cycles Ltd. Ludhiana. The objective of the visit was to give industry exposure to students as a part of their course curriculum. The students practically experienced the concepts of Plant Layout, production, assembly line, quality checks and dispatch units at Avon Cycles. It was an enriching learning experience for the students to know how Avon Cycles became largest manufacturer of Cycles in India. Ms. Sudesh Bhalla, Offg. Principal, appreciated the efforts done by the department and also thanked the officials of Avon Cycles Ltd. Ludhiana.
