Under the sole inspiration of Sh Balraj Kumar Bhasin, President, SDP Sabha and College Managing Committee, Children’s day was celebrated on the campus of SDP College For Women, Ludhiana. The event was hosted by the Department of Computer Science.  Offg. Principal, Ms. Sudesh Bhalla, presided over the occasion. The students participated in fun games like Three legged Race, Balance Race, Sack Race and Tug of War. Furthermore, a documentary, prepared by the faculty members, was displayed on projector for students. This chain of events was followed by refreshment, gifts for students and cake cutting ceremony. Offg. Principal, Ms. Sudesh Bhalla, reminiscing Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru, raised awareness about the rights, education and welfare of children. She further admired the participation of the students and efforts put in by the members of faculty for making this event a success.
