SDP College for Women organizes an Enlightening Session on “Intellectual Property Rights Basics for Innovators and Entrepreneurs”

Under the sole inspiration and able guidance of Sh. Balraj Kumar Bhasin, esteemed President, S.D.P. Sabha (Regd.) and College Managing Committee, an insightful Session on ‘Intellectual Property Rights Basics for Innovators and Entrepreneurs ‘ under the aegis of AICTE and Institute Innovation Council, was organized by the Department of Computer Science & Applications, SDP College for Women, Ludhiana. The resource person, Ms. Ruby, Assistant Professor of BBA, S.D.P College for Women, Ludhiana, was accorded a very warm welcome by Offg. Principal, Dr. Ranajna Sood and faculty members. The resource person apprised the students on the significance of technology in shaping young minds; highlighting how innovation, ethical AI rights and intellectual ownership influence education, society and economic future. The session allowed students to clarify their doubts regarding patents, copyrights and business protection. At last, Dr. Ranjana Sood, Offg. Principal, expressed gratitude towards the resource person for imparting in-depth knowledge on the subject and emphasized the importance of such events to increase the exposure of students and to enhance their skill and confidence.
