S.D.P. College for Women Organizes Pledge Ceremony for National Unity, Integrity and Security

Under the sole inspiration of Sh. Balraj Kumar Bhasin, President, SDP Sabha (Regd.) and College Managing Committee, the Department of NCC and NSS of S.D.P. College for Women, Ludhiana organized a Pledge Ceremony on the college campus to foster the spirit of National Unity, Integrity and Security among students. The event witnessed enthusiastic participation of NCC cadets, NSS volunteers and students from various departments. The program commenced with the college prayer, followed by group song  on the significance of unity in diversity and the vital role of youth in nation-building. All the students and faculty members took a solemn pledge to uphold communal harmony, maintain national integrity, and contribute towards the security and progress of the country. They resolved to rise above differences of caste, creed, religion and region and work together for a stronger India. Dr. Ranjana sood, Offg. Principal of the college, addressed the gathering and emphasized that such programs instill patriotism, discipline and social responsibility in students. She lauded the efforts of the NCC and NSS units for organizing value-based activities.The ceremony concluded with the singing of the National Anthem in a disciplined and patriotic atmosphere.

 एस.डी.पी. महिला महाविद्यालय में राष्ट्रीय एकता, अखंडता और सुरक्षा के लिए शपथ समारोह का आयोजन

     एस.डी.पी. सभा (पंजीकृत) और महाविद्यालय प्रबंध समिति के अध्यक्ष श्री बलराज कुमार भासिन की प्रेरणा से, लुधियाना स्थित एस.डी.पी. महिला महाविद्यालय के एनसीसी और एनएसएस विभाग ने विद्यार्थियों में राष्ट्रीय एकता, अखंडता और सुरक्षा की भावना को बढ़ावा देने के लिए महाविद्यालय परिसर में शपथ समारोह का आयोजन किया। इस कार्यक्रम में एनसीसी कैडेटों, एनएसएस स्वयंसेवकों और विभिन्न विभागों के विद्यार्थियों ने उत्साहपूर्वक भाग लिया। कार्यक्रम का शुभारंभ महाविद्यालय प्रार्थना से हुआ, जिसके बाद विविधता में एकता के महत्व और राष्ट्र निर्माण में युवाओं की महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका पर समूह गीत प्रस्तुत किया गया। सभी विद्यार्थियों और संकाय सदस्यों ने सांप्रदायिक सद्भाव बनाए रखने, राष्ट्रीय अखंडता को कायम रखने और देश की सुरक्षा और प्रगति में योगदान देने की शपथ ली। उन्होंने जाति, पंथ, धर्म और क्षेत्र के भेदों से ऊपर उठकर एक मजबूत भारत के लिए मिलकर काम करने का संकल्प लिया। कार्यकारिणी प्रिंसिपल डॉ. रंजना सूद  ने सभा को संबोधित करते हुए इस बात पर बल दिया कि ऐसे कार्यक्रम छात्रों में देशभक्ति, अनुशासन और सामाजिक जिम्मेदारी की भावना पैदा करते हैं। उन्होंने मूल्य आधारित गतिविधियों के आयोजन के लिए एनसीसी और एनएसएस इकाइयों के प्रयासों की सराहना की। समारोह का समापन अनुशासित और देशभक्तिपूर्ण वातावरण में राष्ट्रगान के गायन के साथ हुआ।
