S.D.P. College for Women Organizes Declamation Contest on the theme Viksit Bharat
 
Under the sole inspiration of Sh. Balraj Kumar Bhasin, President, SDP Sabha (Regd.) and College Managing Committee, The Department of Commerce, SDP College for Women, Ludhiana organized a Declamation Contest on the theme "Viksit Bharat". The contest aimed to enco

urage students to express their ideas on India’s vision for 2047 and to develop their public speaking, critical thinking, and leadership skills. Students participated enthusiastically and delivered impactful speeches on topics such as economic growth, digital India, self-reliant India, women empowerment, and the role of youth in building a developed nation. The results of the competition are as follows:
 
Offg.Principal Dr. Ranjana Sood appreciated the participants for their confidence and oratory skills and also said that such platforms help students understand national issues and become responsible citizens of a Viksit Bharat. Prof.Neelkamal, Head, Department of Commerce along with faculty members organized the event. Winners were felicitated with certificates. The program concluded with a vote of thanks.

एस.डी.पी. महिला महाविद्यालय में 'विकसित भारत' विषय पर भाषण प्रतियोगिता और देशभक्ति की भावनाओं से ओतप्रोत गीतों का आयोजन किया

 एस.डी.पी. सभा (पंजीकृत) और महाविद्यालय प्रबंधकीय समिति के अध्यक्ष श्री बलराज कुमार भसीन की प्रेरणा से, लुधियाना स्थित एस.डी.पी. महिला महाविद्यालय के वाणिज्य और संगीत विभाग ने 'विकसित भारत' विषय पर भाषण प्रतियोगिता और देशभक्ति की भावना से परिपूर्ण गीतों का आयोजन किया। इस प्रतियोगिता का उद्देश्य छात्रों को 2047 के लिए भारत के विजन पर अपने विचार व्यक्त करने के लिए प्रोत्साहित करना और उनके सार्वजनिक भाषण, आलोचनात्मक सोच और नेतृत्व कौशल को विकसित करना रहा। छात्राओं ने उत्साहपूर्वक भाग लिया और आर्थिक विकास, डिजिटल इंडिया, आत्मनिर्भर भारत, महिला सशक्तिकरण और एक विकसित राष्ट्र के निर्माण में युवाओं की भूमिका जैसे विषयों पर प्रभावशाली भाषण दिए। बीकॉम प्रथम वर्ष की छात्रा कुमारी मनदीप और बीकॉम द्वितीय वर्ष की कुमारी शिखा ने प्रथम स्थान प्राप्त किया, बीकॉम प्रथम वर्ष की कुमारी कृतिका द्वितीय स्थान पर रहीं, तथा बीकॉम प्रथम वर्ष की कुमारी अंजली और बीकॉम तृतीय वर्ष की कुमारी शशि तृतीय स्थान पर रहीं। कार्यकारिणी प्राचार्या डॉ. रंजना सूद ने प्रतिभागियों के आत्मविश्वास और भाषण कौशल की सराहना की। उन्होंने कहा कि ऐसे मंच छात्रों को राष्ट्रीय मुद्दों को समझने और विकसित भारत के जिम्मेदार नागरिक बनने में मदद करते हैं। विजेताओं को प्रमाण पत्र देकर सम्मानित किया गया। कार्यक्रम का समापन धन्यवाद भाषण के साथ हुआ।
