NCC and NSS Units of S.D.P. College for Women Organize Road Safety Awareness Extension Lecture

Under the visionary guidance and motivation of Sh. Balraj Kumar Bhasin, President, S.D.P. Sabha (Regd.) and the College Managing Committee, the NCC and NSS Units of S.D.P. College for Women, Daresi Road, Ludhiana, organized a Road Safety Awareness Extension Lecture in collaboration with Suzuki Motorcycle India Pvt. Ltd. (SMIPL) and Value Life Foundation (VLF). The resource persons from SMIPL were Mr.Gurpreet Singh, Zonal Service Manager, and Mr.Pradeep Sharma, Regional Manager. From Value Life Foundation, Mr.Rakesh Patel, Program Director, and Mr.Vivek Kumar, Program Manager, enlightened the students. Under this program, various sessions were conducted including extension lectures, hands-on training sessions, interactive activities and demonstrations on road safety measures, traffic rules and responsible driving. The program aimed at making students aware of the importance of road safety and instilling a sense of responsibility towards themselves and society. The event was organized under the able guidance and support of worthy Offg. Principal Dr. Ranjana Sood Ji, who appreciated the efforts of the NCC and NSS Units for organizing such a socially relevant program. The session was highly informative and was attended by a large number of students with great enthusiasm.
