Women Organises a Special Session on Stress Management

Under the visionary guidance and motivation of Sh. Balraj Kumar Bhasin, President, SDP Sabha (Regd.), and the College Managing Committee, an insightful Extension Lecture on Stress Management was organised by the Department of Business Administration (BBA), S.D.P. College for Women, Ludhiana, under the aegis of AICTE and Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC – MoE’s Innovation Cell). The outreach session was conducted as an IIC 8.0 Quarter IV activity on “Innovation and Entrepreneurship Outreach Programme in Schools” under the theme “Inspiring Minds to Grow” at S.D.P. Senior Secondary School, Basti Jodhewal, Ludhiana. The interactive session focused on stress management, identifying its underlying causes, and equipping young minds with effective techniques for maintaining a positive and healthy mindset. Dr. Ranjana Sood, Offg. Principal, appreciated the efforts of the Department of B.B.A. in organising such an informative and student-centric session and encouraged students to prioritise mental well-being alongside their academic and entrepreneurial pursuits.

ਤਣਾਅ-ਬੋਝੇ ਨੌਜਵਾਨ ਮਨਾਂ ਲਈ ਇੱਕ ਨਵਾਂ ਰਸਤਾ: ਐਸ.ਡੀ.ਪੀ. ਕਾਲਜ ਫਾਰ ਵੂਮੈਨ ਤਣਾਅ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਨ 'ਤੇ ਇੱਕ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਸੈਸ਼ਨ ਦਾ ਆਯੋਜਨ ਕਿਤਾ ਗਿਆ

ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਬਲਰਾਜ ਕੁਮਾਰ ਭਸੀਨ, ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ, ਐਸ.ਡੀ.ਪੀ. ਸਭਾ (ਰਜਿਸਟਰਡ) ਦੀ ਦੂਰਦਰਸ਼ੀ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਅਤੇ ਪ੍ਰੇਰਣਾ ਹੇਠ, ਐਸ.ਡੀ.ਪੀ. ਕਾਲਜ ਫਾਰ ਵੂਮੈਨ, ਲੁਧਿਆਣਾ, ਏ.ਆਈ.ਸੀ.ਟੀ.ਈ. ਅਤੇ ਸੰਸਥਾ ਦੇ ਇਨੋਵੇਸ਼ਨ ਕੌਂਸਲ (ਆਈ.ਆਈ.ਸੀ.-ਐਮ.ਓ.ਈ. ਦੇ ਇਨੋਵੇਸ਼ਨ ਸੈੱਲ) ਦੀ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਹੇਠ, ਤਣਾਅ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਨ 'ਤੇ ਇੱਕ ਸੂਝਵਾਨ ਐਕਸਟੈਂਸ਼ਨ ਲੈਕਚਰ ਦਾ ਆਯੋਜਨ ਵਪਾਰ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਸਨ ਵਿਭਾਗ (ਬੀ.ਬੀ.ਏ.), ਐਸ.ਡੀ.ਪੀ. ਕਾਲਜ ਫਾਰ ਵੂਮੈਨ, ਲੁਧਿਆਣਾ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ। ਆਊਟਰੀਚ ਸੈਸ਼ਨ ਐਸ.ਡੀ.ਪੀ. ਸੀਨੀਅਰ ਸੈਕੰਡਰੀ ਸਕੂਲ, ਬਸਤੀ ਜੋਧੇਵਾਲ, ਲੁਧਿਆਣਾ ਵਿਖੇ "ਪ੍ਰੇਰਨਾਦਾਇਕ ਮਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵਧਣ ਲਈ" ਥੀਮ ਦੇ ਤਹਿਤ "ਸਕੂਲਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਵੀਨਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਉੱਦਮਤਾ ਆਊਟਰੀਚ ਪ੍ਰੋਗਰਾਮ" 'ਤੇ ਇੱਕ IIC 8.0 ਤਿਮਾਹੀ IV ਗਤੀਵਿਧੀ ਦੇ ਰੂਪ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਯੋਜਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ। ਇੰਟਰਐਕਟਿਵ ਸੈਸ਼ਨ ਤਣਾਅ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਨ, ਇਸਦੇ ਮੂਲ ਕਾਰਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਪਛਾਣ ਕਰਨ ਅਤੇ ਇੱਕ ਸਕਾਰਾਤਮਕ ਅਤੇ ਸਿਹਤਮੰਦ ਮਾਨਸਿਕਤਾ ਬਣਾਈ ਰੱਖਣ ਲਈ ਨੌਜਵਾਨ ਮਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵਸ਼ਾਲੀ ਤਕਨੀਕਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਲੈਸ ਕਰਨ 'ਤੇ ਕੇਂਦ੍ਰਿਤ ਸੀ। ਡਾ. ਰੰਜਨਾ ਸੂਦ, ਕਾਰਜਕਾਰੀ ਪ੍ਰਿੰਸੀਪਲ, ਨੇ ਬੀ.ਬੀ.ਏ. ਵਿਭਾਗ ਦੇ ਅਜਿਹੇ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਭਰਪੂਰ ਅਤੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀ-ਕੇਂਦ੍ਰਿਤ ਸੈਸ਼ਨ ਦੇ ਆਯੋਜਨ ਦੇ ਯਤਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਸ਼ਲਾਘਾ ਕੀਤੀ ਅਤੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਅਕਾਦਮਿਕ ਅਤੇ ਉੱਦਮੀ ਕੰਮਾਂ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ-ਨਾਲ ਮਾਨਸਿਕ ਤੰਦਰੁਸਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਤਰਜੀਹ ਦੇਣ ਲਈ ਉਤਸ਼ਾਹਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ।
