Under the sole inspiration of Sh Balraj Kumar Bhasin, President, SDP Sabha and College Managing Committee, ‘World Suicide Prevention Day’ under the triennial theme(2021-23) ’Creating hope through action’ was celebrated by the department of Social Sciences. Students were addressed by the faculty members that suicide is preventable by providing help, hope and care to those who are struggling. Students participated actively by giving their views as alternative to people experiencing suicidal thoughts. The college Principal, Dr. Ravi Kant appreciated the efforts done by the department.
