SDP College for Women Celebrates a Week long ‘Meri Maati Mera Desh’ with Patriotic fervour.

Under the able and expert guidance of Sh. Balraj Kumar Bhasin, President, SDP Sabha & College Managing Committee, Digital Poster Making Competition was organized by the Department of Computer Science under the theme ‘Meri Maati Mera Desh’ a Week-Long celebration. Students participated with full enthusiasm and immense zeal. They displayed their creative and artistic skills through their digital posters. A short hindi movie ‘Azaadi’ was also shown to the students by the Department of Hindi. It was followed by a Patriotic Singing activity which was done by the Department of Music. Various patriotic songs under the theme Meri Maati Mera Desh were sung by the students and showcased their vocal talent. They were brimmed with enthusiasm and eagerness to express their love for the country through their melodious voice. Sh. Balraj Kumar Bhasin, President, SDP Sabha, Dr. Neetu Handa, Principal and Ms. Sudesh Bhalla motivated the students to inculcate the spirit of patriotism and also encouraged them to come forward as responsible citizens. Dr. Neetu Handa, Principal praised the efforts of the Departments in keeping the spirit of solidarity and love for the country alive through such events.

 एस.डी.पी कॉलेज फॉर विमैन ने देशभक्ति के उत्साह के साथ एक सप्ताह तक चलने वाले उत्सव 'मेरी माटी, मेरा देश' मनाया

दिनांक 23 जनवरी, 2024 स्थानीय एस.डी.पी कॉलेज फॉर विमैन में सभाध्यक्ष श्री बलराज कुमार भसीन जी की प्रेरणा से कंप्यूटर विज्ञान विभाग द्वारा एक सप्ताह तक चलने वाले उत्सव 'मेरी माटी मेरा देश' थीम के तहत डिजिटल पोस्टर मेकिंग प्रतियोगिता का आयोजन किया गया। छात्राओं ने पूरे उत्साह के साथ भाग लिया। उन्होंने अपने डिजिटल पोस्टर के माध्यम से अपने रचनात्मक और कलात्मक कौशल का प्रदर्शन किया। हिंदी विभाग द्वारा छात्राओं को एक लघु हिंदी फिल्म 'आजादी' भी दिखाई गई। इसके बाद देशभक्ति गायन गतिविधि हुई जो संगीत विभाग द्वारा की गई। छात्राओं ने ‘मेरी माटी, मेरा देश’ थीम के तहत विभिन्न देशभक्ति गीत गाए और अपनी गायन प्रतिभा का प्रदर्शन किया। वे अपनी मधुर आवाज के माध्यम से देश के प्रति अपना प्यार व्यक्त करने के लिए उत्साह और उत्सुकता से भरे हुए थे। सभाध्यक्ष श्री बलराज कुमार भसीन, प्रिंसिपल डॉ. नीतू हांडा और श्रीमती सुदेश भल्ला ने छात्राओं को देशभक्ति की भावना जगाने के लिए प्रेरित किया और उन्हें जिम्मेदार नागरिक के रूप में आगे आने के लिए भी प्रोत्साहित किया। प्रिंसिपल डॉ. नीतू हांडा ने ऐसे आयोजनों के माध्यम से देश के प्रति एकजुटता और प्रेम की भावना को जीवित रखने में विभागों के प्रयासों की सराहना की।
