SDP College for Women Organizes Blood Donation Camp

Under the supreme guidance of Sh. Balraj Kumar Bhasin, President, SDP Sabha & College Managing Committee, a Blood Donation Camp was organized by the NSS Unit and Red Ribbon Club, SDP College for Women, Ludhiana in collaboration with Bhai Ghaniya Ji Mission Sewa Society, Ludhiana. The camp was graced by the presence of Shri Taranjit Singh Nimana Ji, Head of Bhai Ghaniya Ji Mission Sewa Society, along with Shri Harpreet Singh Ji and Shri Maninder Singh Ji. Shri Nimana Ji addressed the gathering and enlightened the students about the noble mission of their Sewa Society, which is dedicated to providing blood free of cost to those in need and emphasized the promotion of selfless service. He also shared that the society has successfully organised over 900 blood donation camps across various regions. A total of 50–55 students as well as many faculty members from the college participated enthusiastically and donated blood, contributing to the spirit of humanity and service. The camp was effectively coordinated by NSS Programme Officers Ms. Sukhjinder Kaur, Ms. Reena Rani, and Ms. Preeti Narula, and Dr. Arun Prabha, Convener of the Red Ribbon Club. Principal Madam appreciated the initiative of the NSS and Red Ribbon Club for organising such a life-saving event and expressed gratitude to Bhai Ghaniya Ji Mission Sewa Society for their selfless contribution towards society.

ਐਸ.ਡੀ.ਪੀ. ਸਭਾ ਅਤੇ ਕਾਲਜ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਕ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਬਲਰਾਜ ਕੁਮਾਰ ਭਸੀਨ ਦੀ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਹੇਠ, ਐਨ.ਐਸ.ਐਸ. ਯੂਨਿਟ ਅਤੇ ਰੈੱਡ ਰਿਬਨ ਕਲੱਬ, ਐਸ.ਡੀ.ਪੀ. ਕਾਲਜ ਫਾਰ ਵੂਮੈਨ, ਲੁਧਿਆਣਾ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਭਾਈ ਘਨੱਈਆ ਜੀ ਮਿਸ਼ਨ ਸੇਵਾ ਸੋਸਾਇਟੀ, ਲੁਧਿਆਣਾ ਦੇ ਸਹਿਯੋਗ ਨਾਲ ਇੱਕ ਖੂਨਦਾਨ ਕੈਂਪ ਦਾ ਆਯੋਜਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ। ਇਸ ਕੈਂਪ ਵਿੱਚ ਭਾਈ ਘਨੱਈਆ ਜੀ ਮਿਸ਼ਨ ਸੇਵਾ ਸੋਸਾਇਟੀ ਦੇ ਮੁਖੀ ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਤਰਨਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਨਿਮਾਣਾ ਜੀ, ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਹਰਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਜੀ ਅਤੇ ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਮਨਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਜੀ ਦੀ ਮੌਜੂਦਗੀ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਸੀ। ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਨਿਮਾਣਾ ਜੀ ਨੇ ਇਕੱਠ ਨੂੰ ਸੰਬੋਧਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥਣਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੀ ਸੇਵਾ ਸੋਸਾਇਟੀ ਦੇ ਨੇਕ ਮਿਸ਼ਨ ਬਾਰੇ ਜਾਣੂ ਕਰਵਾਇਆ, ਜੋ ਕਿ ਲੋੜਵੰਦਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮੁਫ਼ਤ ਖੂਨ ਪ੍ਰਦਾਨ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਸਮਰਪਿਤ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਨਿਰਸਵਾਰਥ ਸੇਵਾ ਨੂੰ ਉਤਸ਼ਾਹਿਤ ਕਰਨ 'ਤੇ ਜ਼ੋਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਇਹ ਵੀ ਸਾਂਝਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਕਿ ਸੋਸਾਇਟੀ ਨੇ ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਖੇਤਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ 900 ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਖੂਨਦਾਨ ਕੈਂਪ ਸਫਲਤਾਪੂਰਵਕ ਆਯੋਜਿਤ ਕੀਤੇ ਹਨ। ਕੁੱਲ 50-55 ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥਣਾਂ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ-ਨਾਲ ਕਾਲਜ ਦੇ ਕਈ ਫੈਕਲਟੀ ਮੈਂਬਰਾਂ ਨੇ ਉਤਸ਼ਾਹ ਨਾਲ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਲਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਮਨੁੱਖਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਸੇਵਾ ਦੀ ਭਾਵਨਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਯੋਗਦਾਨ ਪਾ ਕੇ ਖੂਨਦਾਨ ਕੀਤਾ। ਕੈਂਪ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵਸ਼ਾਲੀ ਢੰਗ ਨਾਲ ਤਾਲਮੇਲ ਐਨ.ਐਸ.ਐਸ. ਪ੍ਰੋਗਰਾਮ ਅਫਸਰ ਸ਼੍ਰੀਮਤੀ ਸੁਖਜਿੰਦਰ ਕੌਰ, ਸ਼੍ਰੀਮਤੀ ਰੀਨਾ ਰਾਣੀ, ਅਤੇ ਸ਼੍ਰੀਮਤੀ ਪ੍ਰੀਤੀ ਨਰੂਲਾ, ਅਤੇ ਰੈੱਡ ਰਿਬਨ ਕਲੱਬ ਦੇ ਕਨਵੀਨਰ ਡਾ. ਅਰੁਣ ਪ੍ਰਭਾ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ। ਪ੍ਰਿੰਸੀਪਲ ਮੈਮ ਨੇ ਐਨ.ਐਸ.ਐਸ. ਅਤੇ ਰੈੱਡ ਰਿਬਨ ਕਲੱਬ ਦੇ ਇਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਜੀਵਨ-ਰੱਖਿਅਕ ਸਮਾਗਮ ਦੇ ਆਯੋਜਨ ਲਈ ਉੱਦਮ ਦੀ ਸ਼ਲਾਘਾ ਕੀਤੀ ਅਤੇ ਭਾਈ ਘਨੱਈਆ ਜੀ ਮਿਸ਼ਨ ਸੇਵਾ ਸੁਸਾਇਟੀ ਦਾ ਸਮਾਜ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਨਿਰਸਵਾਰਥ ਯੋਗਦਾਨ ਲਈ ਧੰਨਵਾਦ ਕੀਤਾ।
