Under the supreme guidance of Sh. Balraj Bhasin, President, SDP Sabha(Regd) and College Managing Committee, National Voter’s Day was celebrated in SDP College for Women on 25 January, 2019. Mr. Deepak Saini, Master Trainer, Nodal officer, Mr. Abhimanyu Thind, Sector Officer 65, North Zone, Sh. Kuldeep Singh and Mr. Deepak Malhotra Booth Level Officers were honourable guests. Students from Ishmeet Singh Music Institute performed a group dance to make the studnets aware about the use of voting right. Mr. Deepak Saini sensitized the students about casting their vote. He also urged youngsters to enroll themselves in electoral rolls and actively participate in the election process to build a new and better India. Mr. Naresh Kumar, Principal, Sekhewal School, Ludhiana took a pledge along with honourable guests, teachers and students for ethical voting. Ms. Manju Bhashinee, Officiating Principal thanked all the digniteries for making the students aware about the significance of voting right.
